春回大地，茶葉飄香。眼下，正值春茶采摘的季節，紫金縣6萬余畝茶園競相吐露新芽，相繼進入春茶采摘高峰期，茶企和茶農紛紛搶抓黃金時期采摘第一批春茶，為增收打下基礎。

走進紫金縣柏埔鎮指背村的柏華茶葉種植農民專業合作社百畝生態有機茶場，放眼望去，連綿起伏的茶山春意盎然，錯落有致，近40名工作人員頭戴草帽，穿梭在茶田里嫻熟地采摘春茶，一片豐收繁忙的景象。

“每年我都來這里采茶，一天能賺100多元。”指背村村民鄧大姐干起活來非常利索，她開心地告訴記者:“在家門口上班真是一舉兩得，既能照顧家庭又能賺錢補貼家用。茶葉的規模種植讓我們村很多人都選擇留在村里從事與茶葉有關的工作。”
“明前茶是清明節前采制的茶葉，因受蟲害侵蝕少、芽葉細嫩、品質好、價格高，于是便有‘明前茶，貴如金’之說。目前看來，今年春茶質量比往年高，春茶的價格預計比去年提升10%左右。”合作社負責人龔仕東說。
據了解，我縣今年茶園面積已超6萬畝，主要以金萱、青心大冇、單樅等品種為主，春分過后，我縣春茶開采進入高峰期，每日有近萬人投入春茶生產中，預計春茶的采摘工作將持續至4月中旬。

縣農業農村局副局長黃偉東介紹，在縣委、縣政府的大力引導、推動下，紫金茶發展得越來越好。下來，紫金將以省級農業產業園提質增效為契機，按照“擴規模、提品質、強品牌、增效益”思路，落實新種茶葉獎補1000元/畝標準，持續推進省級農業現代產業園建設，積極籌辦省茶產業大會，規劃建設中國蟬茶交易中心，保持茶產業產銷兩旺。
